All ChillPaw orders ship free — no minimum, no codes needed.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Delivery time

Delivery typically takes 6–10 days after dispatch, depending on your location. Every order includes full tracking so you can follow it door to door.

Order changes & address corrections

Need to change your shipping address or order details? Email samuel.hallson@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can update orders any time before they're fulfilled; once shipped, changes are no longer possible.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally carriers, customs, or peak-season volume can add a few days. If your tracking hasn't updated for 7+ days or your order seems lost, contact us and we'll investigate and make it right.
